Sara Kuzma-Stump

Sara has been a Director at Suburban Testing Labs in Reading, PA, since 2005 and has been responsible for much of its organic revenue growth over the years. She possesses extensive experience in overseeing and advancing various key sectors of the company during periods of growth, such as sales, marketing, client services, field services, and sample receiving.  Sara works with clients in many facets of environmental lab testing. Her passion for delivering an excellent customer experience and exceeding expectations has driven her to be a trusted resource for our clients.  She turns new clients into long-time loyal, enthusiastic fans. 

She holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Kutztown University and studied for her Master’s at Alvernia University. She is involved in various professional organizations, including currently serving as a Board Chairperson of the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA) and the Eastern PA Water Pollution Control Operators Association (EPWPCOA). She’s a passionate community, economic development, and industry advocate.  She’s been the recipient of various awards, including: The United Way Rising Star Award, The GRCCI Rising Star Award, the EPWPCOA Leadership Award, and EPWPCOA Award for Personnel Advancement.  She also serves as an instructor and trainer at numerous conferences and events.
